Our story

Lactose.com.au has been around since 2013 — and we've rebuilt it from the ground up into the honest, practical guide we wish we'd had. We're independent: we don't sell milk, and we're not funded by the dairy industry.

We built the site we wish we'd had when we were first figuring this out: honest, practical, tested, and on your side. We buy every product we test at full price, and we're committed to having our health pages reviewed by an Accredited Practising Dietitian before we call them final.
